Our food philosophy blends bright, ingredient-focused cuisine – rooted in taste and quality – with inspiration from the best European wine bars, San Sebastián’s vibrant food scene, and the artistry of the Japanese omakase experience.
The menu features Japanese tuna, oysters with caviar, uni toast, Alaskan crab tacos, Padron peppers, gougères, and braised lamb shoulder meant for sharing between 2-4 people.
Our culinary experience centers around funky raw seafood creations, complemented by bite-sized starters, seasonal vegetables, and mains from the open-fire grill – all elegantly served on fine porcelain by the renowned Florentine manufactory, Ginori 1735.
